You might be wondering why my emails don't start with your name, instead of a generic greeting (like they used to). I'm still figuring out this new campaign manager software, and it's supposed to use your name, but when I transferred all of your email addresses over to my private newsletter software, it didn't transfer over your name. I don't like it. LOL. I love that personal touch.

So if you prefer, you can simply reply to this email and give me your first name, and I'll make sure it's added to your email address.

We're still getting the hang of things around here in this new environment, and appreciate your continued patience. I'm looking forward to the day that things are running much smoother.
