Good morning!

There is nothing quite like a warm March day to light a fire of motivation! When the thermometer climbed to a glorious 68º yesterday, I knew it was time to get to work. With three generous and hardworking helpers who were gracious enough to give us their time and energy, we dove headfirst into a full day of farm projects. From mucking out the chicken run to building raised beds, assembling a new hand-held dump wagon, planting apple trees, and chopping back the over-winter perennials to make room for beautiful new spring growth — we did it all! Seven hours of hard but deeply rewarding work. I am so grateful for those three incredible helpers. They were truly a blessing, and this little farm is better for their kindness and hard work!
